rach:
Little boy, you’re a man, little man, you’re a king.
Wow, I’m really on the theater beat latel—today I’ve been writing about a Broadway-star and these things are just coming to me through osmosis. Anyway, LOOK:
“A casting call reveals that the Broadway revival of West Side Story, to be directed by the show’s librettist, Arthur Laurents, will begin previews on Broadway in early Feb 2009, at a theatre to be announced. Joey McKneely will recreate Jerome Robbins’s original choreography. (Robbins died in 1998.)”
I don’t know that I can wait a year! Arthur Laurents wrote that ish and will direct it again at 90 YEARS OLD. Some people are just exceptional.
”Once you’re a Jet, you’re a Jet all the way. From your first cigarette ‘til your last dying day!”
