First it was Chanel showing their temporary ink all over models and now The Whitney is selling temporary tattoos modeled after Jenny Holzer’s text based art.
I wonder who will jump on this bandwagon reminiscent of my faux rebellion late elementary school years next?

I actually got in an argument with some random dude at the Streamys about Jenny Holzer and the validity of the artfulness of her work. The guy didn’t even know what he was doing there or what the Streamys really were so I am going to venture that he barely knows anything about much if he doesn’t really know why he is somewhere on a Saturday night. And he paid for it. Like dude, I’m not going to argue with you because this is a waste of my time.
I like her. I can understand how some people can find her work to be pedantic, but aesthetically I find her work very attractive.
