OJO Flesh Car Crash 2009
This performance will be at MOCA Grand on Thursday, July 2nd, from 7-10pm:
For their second Engagement Party event, members of OJO will split into two groups, each of which will pack into a small car. Once there, they will make music both by utilizing objects and materials in the cars’ interiors and by playing instruments powered by the cars’ batteries. The cars will dance, glide, and narrowly miss each other in a choreographed game of chicken. The finale should be explosive!
I am going to be on a plane while this is taking place, but I am very curious about what this entails, music and “choreography” wise.
